A Baroque evening with Vivaldi
There is something irreplaceably special about listening to Baroque music in a Baroque house! After 7 years of working on this project, we are finally there! I hope Antonio Vivaldi who wrote the music, Giulio Broggio who designed and built the house, and Giangastone de Medici who paid for it and owned it, were looking down at us last Friday from up there, listening to their music performed by some of the best 21st century orchestras (on a very good 21st century audio system ), in a house carefully restored to its most original condition, thinking “Man, what an awesome party this is, I wish this was available in our times!”
